By booking a trip with Planmytripss, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. They explain how we operate and what you can expect from our services.
All participants must present valid government-issued identification once booking is confirmed. Failure to provide valid ID will result in denial and cancellation without a refund.
Participants are responsible for keeping accommodations and surroundings clean on tour (Hotels / Vehicles). Respect for the environment and responsible tourism practices are essential.
Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings, including luggage and valuables. Planmytripss is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage during the trip.
In remote areas, luxurious amenities like 24/7 electricity, hot water, or Wi-Fi may not always be available.
All packages include standard rooms. Upgrades can be requested at the hotel for an additional fee if available.
For large groups, multiple hotels may be booked. While we strive for consistency, rooms may vary slightly in different hotels.
Meals are typically set menus or buffets, according to the country. We try to provide Indian meals on all tours. Snacks, drinks, and desserts may not be included.
All adventure activities are undertaken at the participant’s own risk. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided. Planmytripss is not responsible for accidents, natural calamities, or injuries.
We strongly recommend participants purchase travel insurance before travel. Any medical expenses during the trip are the participant’s responsibility.
Misconduct, disturbances, or inappropriate behavior toward staff, fellow travelers, or locals will result in removal from the trip at the participant’s expense, with no refunds provided.
Illegal drugs and substances are strictly prohibited. Any participant engaging in such activities does so at their own risk.
Participants must follow the schedule. Missed transfers or activities due to tardiness will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to use photos and videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes.
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes due to natural disasters, political unrest, or other unexpected events. Additional costs incurred are the participant’s responsibility.
Full payment must be made at least 20 days before the trip starts. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
Bookings are non-transferable. Only confirmed participants can join the trip.
Discounts and offers may change or be withdrawn without prior notice.
No refunds will be given for unused services or inclusions.
Participants must arrive at the airport as instructed and be at the pickup point 10 minutes before departure for day-to-day activities. Two courtesy calls will be made. No refunds will be provided for missed departures or tours.
Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited during the trip. If consumed, it must not disturb fellow travelers. Violators will be removed from the trip with no refund.
Planmytripss is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or deaths that occur during the trip and will not issue any refunds.
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary to ensure participant safety in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Any emergency evacuation or transportation costs will be borne by the participant or their family.
We are not responsible for financial transactions or borrowed money between participants on tours.
Disputes will be resolved under Indian law, with the jurisdiction being the city where Planmytripss is registered.
If you leave the tour due to illness or loss of documents, no refunds will be issued for unused services.
Luxury bus services are managed by third-party providers. Delays may occur due to breakdowns or other issues.
For triple-sharing accommodations, an extra mattress will be provided for the third participant rather than a full bed.
